Returns
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item must be in the original packaging.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Damaged/ Defective Items - All damaged/ defective items must be returned in the original condition they were received in.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Refunds are being issued for the following cases:
- The wrong item was received in terms of color, size, or model (evidence is needed).
- The package has arrived in a damaged condition (evidence is needed).
- The item arrived in extremely poor quality (evidence is needed).
- The order went missing.
- The estimated delivery time has expired.
Shipment was not delivered to Customer for various reasons like:
- Address not found
- Business closed
- Customer Unavailable
- Inaccessible Location
- Wrong Address
- No Secure Location
- Package is damaged
- Your item is returned to the seller due to customs duties (customs clearance/taxes are not included)
Shipment was rejected by the Customer for various reasons like:
- Incorrect Product
- Expired Product
- Defective product
- Damaged product
- substantially different from the item represented on the product detail page
- Found to be non -compliant with the applicable law
Customer accepted the entire package but reaches out to Customer Support requesting Refund on the entire order. Possible reasons could include:
- Incorrect Product
- Expired Product
- Defective product
- Damaged product
- substantially different from the item represented on the product detail page
- Found to be non -compliant with the applicable law
How will I be refunded?
If you are returning an item for a refund, you'll receive the refund after your return is received and processed at our end. If you paid for your order using an electronic payment method, the refund will be issued to the payment method you used at the time of your purchase. If you paid for your order using Cash on Delivery, you'll receive the refund through a paper cheque.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are refundable for following reasons;
- Incorrect Product
- Expired Product
- Defective product
- Damaged product
- substantially different from the item represented on the product detail page
- Found to be non -compliant with the applicable law
For all other reasons, the shipping cost of return will not be refunded. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Non- Refundable/ Non- returnable Products / Services:
Certain Products / Services are non- returnable and Non Refundable: such products and services cannot be claimed under this refund/return policy. However first thing to do is to take some photos and send the e-mail to us raising the issue.
